A:Please ensure that you have closed each program after you are finished. Running more then one program at a time will adversely affect the speed of the 700B Netbook.

Q:What do I do if my 700B Netbook freezes?
A:In the event that 700B Netbook freezes, locate the "Reset" pinhole on the bottom of the unit. With a pin gently hold down the button for 10 seconds.

Q:I cannot connect to the internet via wifi. What do I do?
A: Ensure that you are inputting the correct password for the network. If you are still unable to connect, it may be that your network uses a type of encryption not supported. Changing to a simpler form of encryption such as WEP should resolve the issue. If none of this works please check the "Connectivity Support" page on our 700B Netbook support page.

Q:How do I find more applications to run on the 700B Netbook?
A: The unit uses a Linux 2.6.24 platform. Only applications specifically designed for the 700B Netbook can run on it. For the latest software and games please click on the "Updates" or "Games" links on the main Support page

Q: Why is my battery life short?
A: Using any WIFI functionality of your 700B Netbook will significantly shorten your battery life. Avoiding the use of the WIFI functionality of your 700B Netbook will lengthen you battery life.

Q: Can I print from 700B Netbook?
A:The 700B Netbook does not have printing capabilities. The files created on the 700B Netbook need to be transfered to different PC/Laptop and printed from there.

Q: My email program does not send, i am using hotmail, it recieves but does not send. Why?
